You must disclose relevant documents that support or undermine either party's case, even if harmful to you. This includes emails, texts, and metadata. Deliberately hiding documents is serious misconduct. Set up legal holds on relevant systems immediately. Be careful with 'without prejudice' and legally privileged documents. Poor disclosure management has destroyed many otherwise strong cases.
